At TrinketDecor, we strive to deliver your favorite home decor items to your doorstep in a timely, safe, and cost-effective manner. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully to understand how we handle order dispatch, shipping charges, delivery timelines, and related concerns.
We currently ship all over India, including metro cities, towns, and most pin codes serviced by reliable courier partners. If your location is not serviceable, our support team will notify you during or after checkout.
Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an email or WhatsApp update once your order is dispatched.
Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).
Remote Areas: May take up to 10 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed. Factors such as courier delays, weather, or public holidays may affect delivery time.
Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹999.
Standard Shipping Fee: ₹79 for orders below ₹999.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or message with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If the order is not accepted, it may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery can be arranged at an additional shipping cost.
In rare cases, delivery might be delayed due to:
Natural disasters, strikes, or public unrest
Incorrect or incomplete address information
Courier or logistic partner issues
If your order is significantly delayed, contact our support team, and we will assist you immediately.
If your package is damaged, tampered with, or lost in transit, notify us within 24 hours of receiving (or expecting) the delivery. We will investigate and issue a replacement or refund where applicable.
