1. Returns

• Eligibility: Returns are only accepted if the item you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 5 days of receiving the item.

• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

• Non-Returnable Items: Customized or made-to-order wallpapers, items damaged due to misuse, and products without original packaging.

How to Return an Item:

1. Email support@trinketdecor.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

3. Ship the item back using a trusted courier.

2. Refunds

• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

• Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

• Shipping Charges: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

3. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@trinketdecor.com.

• After 6 hours or once the product has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
